Introduction

The Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) is the premier Engineering institution in Bangladesh. BUET saw its beginning in 1876 as the Dhaka Survey School. Over the years, the institute grew and prospered, first as the Ahsanullah School of Engineering and then as the Ahsanullah Engineering College in 1948 as a Faculty of Engineering under Dhaka University and finally as a university in its own right in 1962.

Nestled in the heart of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh, BUET graduates its students in many disciplines and over the years BUET alumni have become a significant diaspora all over the world. This home page is for the Alumni/Alumnae of BUET who are her proud graduates.
